Startup Nation Accelerator

The Accelerator program offers entrepreneurs from around the world a direct immersion into Israeli’s world-renown startup-culture. During the program, participants will meet distinguished entrepreneurs, investors, decision-makers and academics. Participants will acquire the unique entrepreneurial thinking toolkit that has driven Israel to become the country with the highest tech startup per-capita ratio in the world.

Global Entrepreneurship Week

During one week each november, Global Entrepreneurship Week celebrates ventures all over the country. GEW in Israel is a nationwide, cross-cultural program bringing together members of the Ethiopian, Druze and Arab communities. During GEW 2018 over 400 events were hosted by 100 organizations and companies. Over 20 thousand participants met with more than 150 entrepreneurs who shared their experience in the world of entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurship on Tap

Launched in 2011 in the city of Tel Aviv, Entrepreneurship On Tap is a platform where leading entrepreneurs are invited to share their stories with young audiences in bars around the country. It’s unique format and valuable insights have earned the project a place of honour in the public consciousness. Since its inception, the project has expanded all over the country— attracting hundreds of participants each month and more than 1,500 participants during global entrepreneurship week in November.

Roots

The Roots Project was launched by GEN Israel in 2011 as a local initiative during Global Entrepreneurship Week. Roots aims to connect inspirational entrepreneurs with peripheral schools in order to empower the next generation to engage with entrepreneurship from a young age. 
Since its inception, the project has been deployed in dozens of schools in the social periphery with the help of many of successful entrepreneurs who generously volunteer their time to cooperate with local organizations. During the meetings, the entrepreneurs engage with the young audience, sharing their professional experience and personal challenges along the way.

Get In The Ring

Get In The Ring is a global startup competition taking place in over 64 countries worldwide. The competition provides a platform for promising startups to build new partnerships by connecting them with customers, investors, potential partners and talent simultaneously.

The Global Ideas Competition 

First launched by CleanTech Open in 2009, the Global Ideas Competition is the largest clean technology business competition in the world. Taking place once a year, during Global Entrepreneurship Week, the goal is to find the best clean technology ideas from around the world. Ranging from innovative clean energy prototypes to cutting edge policies designed to boost entrepreneurial activity, the possibilities are endless. For entrepreneurs with a great green idea, this is your shot to share it with the world.

Challenge Cup

The Challenge Cup was first inaugurated by the organization 1776 in 2013 and has since grown into the largest startup competition in the world. The competition aims to find the most innovative and promising startups across sectors including health, fintech, AI, machine learning and others.

Global Entrepreneurship Congress

Once a year, the Global Entrepreneurship Congress gathers thousands of entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, policymakers and other startup champions in more than 170 countries in order to identify the best policies to help founders launch and scale new ventures. During the week-long GEC delegates learn about the latest research findings on the topic of entrepreneurship, make important connections and leave ready to renew their programs and update policy agendas in order to promote national entrepreneurship.
